- Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and production technicians to troubleshoot production issues and enhance product quality.

- Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure the production line meets safety and regulatory standards.

Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence.

- Develop and modify production layouts using design software (e.g., CATIA, AutoCAD), ensuring all changes align with technical specifications and quality standards.
