You will be responsible for:
- Communication in Spanish and Portuguese with clients who have high expectations of quality service
- Providing sales advice and support when clients are willing to buy a company product
- Processing orders in a company system
- Handling of service requests

- Customer service experience
- Highly advanced Spanish, Portuguese, and English (spoken and written professional communication daily)
- MS Office
- Client orientation and excellent communication skills
- Responsibility, result-orientation, meticulousness
- Proficient level of Czech is an advantage
- SAP or Navision is an advantage
